Working in real estate globally for over 5 years, Tomas and Adela make not only a great couple, but the perfect team to get things done.

Having lived in different countries throughout our lives, we can understand different cultures and motives. Adela spent several months in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Seoul, and Tokyo, while Tomas studied in the United States.

The Dominican Republic makes the best combination of great weather, food, culture, and people as well as stable politics and a growing economy – that is why 3 years ago a group of Czech investors including Tomas decided to start building a gorgeous villa residence between Puerto Plata and Santiago.

At the time of searching for agents on the north coast, Adela was a relocating agent for expats and Tomas was an agent for a prestigious German real estate in Prague. Sadly we were beyond unimpressed by the quality of services of local agencies, until we found RealtorDR. Their attitude, professionalism and service is so good that we actually decided to not only list the project with them, but also join the team to harvest the fruitful market of the North Coast.

Tomas is amazing at creating opportunities, finding solutions, and getting things going, but without Adéla and her diligence and focus on getting things done, none of it would ever come to reality.
