Choose the unit you want by signing the reservation agreement with your real estate agent. Deposit $5,000 USD to the escrow account of the attorneys within 3-5 business days to mark the unit as officially RESERVED.
The attorneys begin due diligence to make sure your funds are legal, once approved your Promise of Sales Contract will be signed by you and the developer and a total of 30 % of the Purchase price is due at this point.
Three payments of 20 % are due throughout the construction, You also have the option to pay in full and your lawyer will release funds to the developer according to the progress of construction. The remaining 10 % is paid against the delivery of the Unit.
