Casa Linda

Casa Linda is a hillside gated community located between Sea Horse Ranch and Sosua Ocean Village.

It is known for its New Construction possibilities. There are still many plots of land to buy and different builds to choose from. 

The rental program  is very attractive for homeowners, especially those who spend time away from the Dominican Republic on a regular basis. 

Casa Linda is expanding and has recently introduced a water park to their community. Their tennis court, walking paths, restaurant, and mini-market are all popular among their mostly North American home-owners.
