Where do I start, my wife and I visited several countries before deciding on Cabarete as a second home. We linked up with Andy Jean and Patrick Jean and they made our dreams happen. It’s a scary process trying to buy when you’re in a different country. In this case we came down and visited for 10 days and Andy and Patrick gave door to door service for the whole time. They got us set up with the detailed things, bank, utilities, and took us on tours of the area outside of looking at homes. Their diligence helped us decide which area resonated with what we were looking for, they made sure what we bought would leave no doubt or second thoughts. Our fears, and stress of purchasing so far from home were laid to rest which made it easy, and in Andy’s words (which I won’t forget). “Don’t be in a rush, you’ve seen a lot of nice places but when you find yours you’ll know.” Truer word could not have been spoken, when we walked into Swell in Playa Encuentro it was like walking into our home back in Las Vegas. But through it all, I think the best thing was, they made us feel like friends and family through the whole process. We are ecstatic about the condo and thank Andy and Patrick for the work, dedication and patience in working with us. For me, working construction it comes down to the little details, and you covered them all.
