Perla Marina

Perla Marina is a gated community that sits between Playa Encuentro and Sea Horse Ranch. 

With its nicely paved roads, lush tropical growth, and stunning beachside sunsets, Perla Marina is a much sought after neighborhood to own property in. 

Over the last 5 years we’ve seen almost all the available land be bought up, plus several new constructions. Most of the construction throughout Perla Marina is private villas while the beachfront properties are mostly condos. 

In the community are a handful of restaurants keeping most of the traffic within this community local. There is a yoga loft and bar at Natura Cabana, one of Perla Marinas most recognized establishments.

At the entrance to the neighborhood there is a very popular wood fire pizza place called Ceiba Pizza. A small convenience store sits next to that and across the main road is a grocery store that is referred to as Bombita.
