Sosua Ocean Village is a gated community that sits between Playa Laguna and Playa Chiquita in Sosua, Dominican Republic. Sosua Ocean Village, or SOV, as it’s more commonly called, was designed and developed by a Russian company. SOV is a well kept and all-inclusive community that focuses on rentals and hospitality. Unlike other communities, SOV has a marketing department and a rental program that runs like a well-oiled machine so that owners can enjoy comforts of suburban living while having the option to rent their property for an income. The newest development project in SOV is Laguna City which included over 500 studio & one bedroom apartments EXCLUSIVELY FOR SALE by RealtorDR.com.
