Nikita Puls was born and raised in the Dominican Republic in an international household,
growing up between cultures while calling the North Coast home. After spending several
years living, studying, and working abroad in Europe, South Africa, and Ecuador, she
developed a deep appreciation for different perspectives, communities, and ways of building
a life.
With a degree in Transnational Social Work, Nikita’s background is rooted in understanding
people, systems, and the importance of stability. Her work and volunteer experience across
different countries shaped her belief that home is more than a place, it is security, opportunity,
and belonging. After years abroad, she chose to return to the Dominican Republic not only
because it is where she grew up, but because it is where she feels most connected.
As a property owner herself, Nikita understands both the emotional and practical aspects of
real estate in the Dominican Republic. She values transparency, honesty, and clear
communication, guiding clients with a thoughtful and structured approach. Fluent in Spanish,
English, and German, she works comfortably with both local and international clients,
helping them navigate the process with confidence. For Nikita, real estate is not simply about
transactions, it is about helping clients make informed, confident decisions, whether they are
building a life here or investing in the future of the Dominican Republic.
