At the same time, Robert MacEachern, the co-founder of RealtorDR, is stepping into the role of President, focusing on strengthening our already world-class sales team and accelerating front-end growth. With their leadership, RealtorDR is more aligned and ambitious than ever before.
Since joining RealtorDR in 2022, Tomas has become a driving force behind the scenes. By collecting and leveraging our sales data, and by creating Investor Summary tools and Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) models, he has been instrumental in turning RealtorDR into one of the most data-driven, results-focused real estate firms in our market.

From Europe to the Caribbean: A CEO with Global Perspective
Born in the Czech Republic, Tomas holds a degree in Psychology and Economics, studied in the U.S., and brings a unique blend of emotional intelligence and analytical precision. He’s a Certified Master Sales Consultant and a licensed real estate agent, with experience spanning project management, investments, and real estate in both Europe and the Dominican Republic.
Tomas first fell in love with the D.R. in 2012, returned a decade later, and eventually made the move to join the RealtorDR team full-time. He speaks multiple languages (Czech, English, Slovak, Spanish, and basic German) and is known among the team for his structured thinking, rapid learning, and unwavering focus on efficiency.

Tomas’ appointment as CEO marks a new era for RealtorDR. He’ll lead our company-wide vision and planning, oversee growth strategies, streamline operations, and continue to raise the bar across branding, marketing, technology, and development. While Robert steps into the role of President, our other co-founder, Brett Henry, will now be focusing his energy on a series of transformational real estate projects in the region. These initiatives – developed in collaboration with some of the most visionary leaders in our community – represent a dream come true for Brett, and a major opportunity for Puerto Plata, Sosúa, and the entire North Coast.
