Two time vice-world champion, 2018 World Champion, also Youth Olympic Gold medalist Adeuri Corniel was born and raised in Cabarete. There is also Lorenzo CalcañoandAlex Soto, who are still on the circuit and are top ten athletes in the world to name a few.
