This option costs 15% of the rental income.

For long term rentals, units are offered for periods up to 3 months, Management will find tenants for Owners who will rent their unit for nights, weeks or between 3-12 months. Owners will agree to rent their units at a specific price, dependent on availability and season. Management is not responsible for any loss or damages to Owners’ units. This option costs 10% of the rental income.

For just $150/month Management offers a complete cleaning service, including the washing, changing of linens, and apartment maintenance for a fixed fee.
